The ‘Dorothy Meadows OAM Prize in History’ was generously donated to the school in perpetuity by Dorothy Meadows, former College teacher and foundation member of the MCAA. The Prize is administrated by the MCAA and awarded at the end of each calendar year. The inaugural prize was awarded in 2014.
The grant provides $100 to a Year 12 student who, ‘in the estimation of the Principal and teachers, demonstrates substantial interest in local history’.
